Fortress Brand is the only authorized distributor of our products on Amazon. Products purchased from anywhere else on Amazon will not receive the Manufacturer's Warranty. We will require proof of purchase for any warranty requests and all purchases made on Amazon must be returned back to Amazon.

  • Returns must be authorized within 5 days of receiving product.
  • No returns after 35 days from the date of purchase.
